to our collection of services. The File Closure
is our new system for providing protective covers for file histories.
Too many time these files get
damaged during normal use; pages get damaged making the file
unreliable. The File Closure is a cover that works to protect
the front and the back of the file, as well as the numbered tabs that
tend to get damaged during shipment and storage. The File Closure is
made of a super tough 68 lb. pressboard material with a flexible
hinge made of super strong reinforced fabric tape, making the whole
thing nearly indestructible. Before the file leaves our door, the
patent number (or application number) of the file, the date copied,
and the client matter number is printed on the face of the cover. In
this way, once the file reaches your door, it can be immediately
identified. If you give the file out to an associate, with the
correct client matter number on the front, the file should find it's
way back to you. We've even added a place to write in notes. As an
added benefit, those razor sharp metal tabs should no longer tear
neighboring files or fingers. They are now neatly tucked inside the
covers--where they belong.
